Privacy Policy

We collect the account information you provide, such as your name, email address, authentication details, plan, and company settings. We also store projects, uploaded files, conversation history, analysis runs, reports, feedback, and usage records when you use the workspace.

Payment card details are entered on Square's hosted checkout and are not stored by Exergy Analyst. We retain identifiers and subscription status needed to connect a Square subscription to your account and administer access.

Operational records may include request timestamps, coarse connection information, error diagnostics, security events, and device or browser details needed to operate and protect the service.

We use information to provide and secure the service, remember your work, enforce account limits, process subscriptions, send transactional email, answer support requests, diagnose failures, and improve product quality.

Project content may be sent to the model or search provider needed to answer a request or run a feature. Company context is intentionally supplied to the Agent across eligible projects. Exergy Vault processes the full source document in your browser; only selected claims and evidence excerpts are sent if you explicitly request backend verification.

We do not sell personal information or use private workspace content to target advertising.

We use specialist providers to operate the product, including hosting and database infrastructure, AI model and search services, transactional email, and Square for billing. They receive only the information needed for their role and process it under their own terms and our operational instructions.

A feature's interface may provide more specific data-handling information. If that notice is more restrictive than this general description, the more restrictive behavior controls that feature.

Account workspace records are scoped to an owner. Sensitive saved company and memory free text is encrypted at rest. We use access controls, signed sessions and webhooks, rate limits, and operational monitoring as safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain account and workspace information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can delete individual projects or request account deletion in Account Settings. Account deletion removes workspace content and de-identifies the account; minimal billing and security records may be retained where necessary for transaction integrity, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups and logs until their normal rotation.

You can review or update profile and company information, remove saved company context, delete projects, cancel a Square subscription, and delete your account from the settings pages. You may also contact us to request access, correction, portability, restriction, or deletion where applicable law provides those rights.

You may opt out of non-essential communications. Transactional messages needed for authentication, billing, security, or requested support may still be sent.

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. By using the service, you understand that privacy rules and government-access standards may differ between jurisdictions.

Exergy Analyst is intended for professional users and is not directed to children under 18. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

We may update this policy as the product or law changes. We will post the effective date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
