Can I try the Workspace before signing up?+
Yes. You can start a project and explore the workflow before creating an account. Usage limits apply to anonymous sessions.
What happens to my data?+
Your projects, files, and conversation history are stored so your work is available when you return and are scoped to your account. Saved company free text is additionally encrypted by the application.
Can I change Workspace plans later?+
Yes. You can change your plan from billing settings. The effective date of a billing change is shown before you confirm it.
Does this pricing apply to STEM Agent?+
No. These plans are for the browser-based Exergy Lab Workspace. STEM Agent is free to install from PyPI, and there is no paid STEM Agent plan.
What payment methods will you accept?+
When paid Workspace plans open, payments will use Square's hosted checkout. Available card and wallet options will be shown by Square for your location.
What is Exergy Vault?+
Exergy Vault reads and analyzes a document on your device. Only the selected parts are sent if you ask for an additional check.
How do I access the Voice Agent?+
Voice Agent is normally included with eligible paid plans. During development, it is free for everyone with a short daily limit. Choose Voice in the main navigation to try it.
