Do I need a paid plan to use Elta?+
No. Elta is free to install and use with 100,000 tokens a day. Upgrade to Plus or Pro for document and spreadsheet workflows, longer tasks and more research.
Which plan should I choose?+
Choose Free for quick questions, calculations and basic file downloads. Plus adds document and spreadsheet workflows with formatted downloads. Pro gives larger research and automation tasks more room to finish.
What happens if I reach a limit?+
Elta keeps the work it has finished and tries a simpler route where it can, such as an inline answer or a CSV instead of an Excel file. It tells you what was left out and suggests an upgrade if that would help. Your original files are never overwritten.
How do workflow allowances differ?+
Each task can start up to 3 new web searches on Free, 8 on Plus, or 24 on Pro. Plus and Pro also give multi-step tasks more room to run. Daily token and time limits still apply, so a big job may work best as a few smaller ones.
Where can I work with files?+
Local file inspection and downloads use Elta when supported by your extension. Plus and Pro add formatted PDF, Word and Excel downloads. Voice Agent supports conversation and its available analysis tools; it does not create local downloads.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes. Open Billing & plan in your account settings to schedule cancellation. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
What do these plans include?+
These account plans cover Elta and the Voice Agent. STEM Agent is free to install separately from PyPI.
What payment methods are accepted?+
Payments use Square's hosted checkout, so Exergy Lab never receives or stores your card number. Square shows the payment options available for your subscription and location.
How does daily usage work?+
Free includes 100,000 tokens per day, Plus includes 1,000,000 and Pro includes 6,000,000. Elta and the Voice Agent share your account allowance. Usage depends on input, output and conversation context, including audio and deliberately shared screen images. Allowances reset at midnight UTC and do not roll over. Tokens are not a fixed number of questions or minutes.
